Chidi Umezurike

Chidi has specialised in Criminal Defence work since 2003 and has been a qualified solicitor since 2005. Chidi also has experience in Family as well as Mental Health Law. Chidi is a Criminal Duty Solicitor who specialises in advocacy in the Magistrates Court. He has considerable experience and expertise in all areas of Criminal Law including complex and serious cases. Chidi has built up a loyal following of clients who appreciate his dedication to their cases.

When not at work Chidi likes travelling and playing golf as well as riding his motorbike.

Mark Trafford

Mark Trafford

Mark was born in Coventry, graduated from Leeds University and moved to the East Kent area in 1984. He qualified in October 1984 and initially worked as a Local Government Lawyer with Shepway District Council, before moving into private practice in 1990. Since that time he has acquired considerable experience in Criminal Defence work. He is a Police Station and Magistrates Court Duty Solicitor and specialises in all areas of criminal law, whether you are prosecuted on behalf of the Police, DWP or Local Authorities, as well as Court Martial proceedings.

Mark was a keen squash player before a sporting injury (and not old age) curtailed this. He is a keen spectator of most sports, and despite being referred to as "Old Trafford" is a dedicated Coventry City supporter.

Anisha Teelwah

Anisha Teelwah

Anisha is a Solicitor working in our Family Law Department with extensive knowledge in all aspects of Family Law matters. She is able to provide legal advice in relation to divorce, financial settlement, relationship breakdown and injunctions. Anisha has considerable experience in both private law children matters relating to contact arrangements and other children disputes and also in public law children matters relating to Social Services and care proceedings.

Anisha also specialises in cases involving domestic abuse and has been involved with the ‘One Stop Shop’ in Ashford and other domestic abuse support services.

In her spare time Anisha enjoys socialising, reading and music.

Sophie Sykes

Sophie Sykes

Sophie is an experienced family lawyer having been admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2003. Sophie is also a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.

Sophie specialises in all aspects of Family Law including divorce, separation and cohabitee disputes, ancillary relief, all aspects of Private Law children proceedings including residence and contact arrangements, domestic violence and injunctions.

When not working Sophie enjoys socialising, travel and spending time with her family

Suja Koreira

Suja Koreira

Suja works in the Immigration Department after completing her GDL and LPC. Suja’s extensive knowledge of Immigration Law comes from her previous experience as a Linguist for the Immigration and Tribunal Services.

In her spare time, Suja enjoys exploring world food and working out.
